Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping rates based on your location. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to high-demand periods, carrier issues, or customs holds for international orders.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $59.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated after several days, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kibopaw is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before the order is shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Kibopaw is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and may be collected by the delivery carrier.

Customs processing times can vary and are outside of Kibopaw’s control.
